Fee Schedule

Required Fees

  • Non Refundable Application Fee: $20 per applicant (must provide proof of income)
  • Security Deposit: 1 BR $1500 – 2 BR $1950 (refundable)**
  • Amenity Fees: $65 per month (use of pool, gym & club house)
  • Renters Insurance: Required $100,000 (minimum) liability

Other Fees

  • Garbage Concierge: Daily service $15 per month (optional)
  • Electric Vehicle Charging Outlet: $35 per month (plus utility fee)
  • Storage Fee: 6’x 6’ locker $75 per month - 6’ x 10’ locker $150 per month
  • Parking Pass: 1br-1 spot included, 2br-2 spots included ($50 each extra pass per month)
  • Pet Fee: $60 per month/pet (dog weight limit 40lbs) breed restrictions apply – 2 pet max

Utilities

  • Sewer/Water/Trash: Included
  • Maintenance: Included
  • Electric: Resident responsibility

**Landlord may elect to increase the security deposit to one month's rent.
