Pet Policy
There is a two pet per-apartment limit.
- 1 Cat: $40/month
- 1 Dog: $60/month (Max. weight 40 lbs.)
- 1 Dog and 1 Cat: $100/month
- 2 Cats: $80/month ($40 each)
The following breeds are restricted:
- Akitas
- Alaskan Malamutes
- American Bull Dogs
- American Staffordshire Terriers
- Argentine Dogos
- Bull Mastiffs
- Cane Corso
- Doberman Pinschers
- Fila Brasileiros
- German Shepherds
- Pit Bulls
- Presa Canarios
- Rottweiler
- Staffordshire Bull Terriers
- Tosa Inus
- Wolf Hybrids
All mixes of the above breeds
The following pets are also restricted:
- Monkeys
- Ferrets
- Snakes
- Rabbits
- Livestock
- Reptiles
Acceptance of any pet, regardless of breed or type, is at the sole discretion of the Landlord/Management Company.
